1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using List.lk (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Platform. By using List.lk, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.

3. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Post illegal items or services
• Spam or send unsolicited communications
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform
• Use the Platform for any illegal purpose
• Manipulate reviews or ratings

5. Listings and Services

• All listings must be accurate and truthful
• Prices must be clearly stated in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR)
• You are solely responsible for the quality of services you provide
• List.lk is not a party to any transaction between users
• We reserve the right to remove any listing at our discretion

6. Zero Tolerance Policy

Violations may result in immediate account termination without notice.

7. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by List.lk and are protected by international copyright and trademark laws. You retain ownership of content you post but grant us a license to display and distribute it on the Platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

List.lk is provided "as is" without any warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of any listing or service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time through the app settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
