Veteran Administrator Dr. Sulakshana Jayawardena Named Acting BOI Chairman

The Board of Investment (BOI) of Sri Lanka has announced the appointment of Dr. Sulakshana Jayawardena as its acting Chairman. A distinguished officer of the Sri Lanka Administrative Service (SLAS), Dr. Jayawardena brings over 23 years of experience in public administration, policy formulation, and large-scale project management. He is widely recognized for his significant contributions and transformative work within the power and energy sector over two decades. Dr. Jayawardena assumed his duties today, October 8th, at the BOI office located in the World Trade Centre, Colombo 01.
