Three Sri Lankans Among Seven Arrested in Kuwait Drug Bust

Kuwaiti security forces have arrested seven individuals, including three Sri Lankan nationals, in connection with an alleged drug trafficking operation. The arrests were part of a special raid conducted by the General Department for Drug Enforcement targeting narcotics trafficking networks. The group also included two Kuwaiti citizens, one Indian national, and two stateless individuals (Bedouns). Authorities reported seizing various narcotics such as hashish, heroin, and narcotic pills, along with drug weighing and packaging equipment. The substances were reportedly prepared for both trafficking and personal use.
