Three Dead, Multiple Injured in Mattakkuliya Multi-Vehicle Collision

A multi-vehicle collision occurred in Mattakkuliya on the night of September 16th, resulting in the deaths of three individuals. The accident involved a car colliding with several other vehicles, including three-wheelers and motorcycles, in a chain reaction. At least eight people sustained injuries and were admitted to the Colombo National Hospital for treatment, with some reported to be in serious condition. Police have arrested the driver of the car involved in the incident and are conducting further investigations into the cause of the crash.
