A Sri Lanka Army soldier has set a commendable example by returning a lost wallet containing Rs. 80,000 and important documents. The wallet belonged to Gnana Thero, a Myanmar national monk currently studying at Colombo University. The incident occurred on October 6th when the monk misplaced his wallet while traveling on a bus from Pettah to Avissawella. Lance Corporal K.K.P.K. Rathnayake of the Sri Lanka Army discovered the wallet on the bus. He promptly ensured its return, highlighting a significant act of integrity.
