Sri Lanka Welcomes Over 250 Japanese Tourists and Investors in Significant Group Visit

Over 250 Japanese tourists, investors, and professionals arrived in Sri Lanka on Sunday aboard SriLankan Airlines flight UL 455 from Narita International Airport. The significant delegation was warmly welcomed at Bandaranaike International Airport (BIA) by officials including Deputy Minister of Ports and Civil Aviation Janith Ruwan Kodithuwakku and Ministry Secretary W.W.S. Mangala. This visit marks a major milestone for Sri Lanka's tourism industry and is viewed as an encouraging development for bilateral relations. The group is scheduled to visit prominent historical and tourist destinations, including Sigiriya and Anuradhapura, during their stay.
