Sri Lanka and Vietnam have signed five Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) to bolster bilateral cooperation across multiple sectors. The agreements were exchanged on May 8th at the Presidential Secretariat in Colombo, during the official visit of Vietnamese President Tô Lâm, who was invited by Sri Lankan President Anura Kumara Dissanayake.
