Among those who presented their credentials were Vincent Sumale (High Commissioner of Papua New Guinea), Abdullahi Mohammed Odowa (Ambassador of Somalia), Christian Biever (Ambassador of Luxembourg), Monsignor Andrzej Józwowicz (Apostolic Nuncio of the Holy See), and Major General (Retired) Nayyar Naseer (High Commissioner of Pakistan). Several of the non-resident envoys are based in New Delhi.
