Six New Envoys Present Credentials to President Dissanayake

Further details have emerged regarding the newly appointed envoys, specifying that the High Commissioner of Papua New Guinea, Vincent Sumale, the Ambassador of Somalia, Abdullahi Mohammed Odowa, and the Ambassador of Luxembourg, Christian Biever, are all resident in New Delhi.

The ceremony where six new foreign envoys presented their credentials to President Anura Kumara Dissanayake took place at 10:00 a.m. at the Presidential Secretariat. The delegation comprised two High Commissioners, three Ambassadors, and an Apostolic Nuncio-designate. The envoys represent Papua New Guinea, Somalia, Luxembourg, the Holy See, Pakistan, and Kuwait. Identified diplomats include Vincent Sumale (Papua New Guinea), Abdullahi Mohammed Odowa (Somalia), Christian Biever (Luxembourg), and Monsignor Andrzej Józwowicz (Holy See). The High Commissioner from Pakistan was identified as a Major General.
