President's Fund Equips University Students with Laptops

The President's Fund has provided educational equipment, including laptops, to selected university students. A ceremony held yesterday (18) at the Fund's main office saw 14 students receive laptops, with an allocation of Rs. 5.8 million for this initiative. These students were chosen from applications submitted through Divisional Secretariats. The program, which supports higher education across the island, has now provided equipment to approximately 30 students in 2025 and 2026, with a total expenditure exceeding Rs. 9.8 million.
