She stated that certain harmful social media comments, particularly those targeting children, vulnerable individuals, or women, starkly illustrate this necessity. The Prime Minister defined a cultured person not merely by academic knowledge or memorized facts, but as someone whose inner self is transformed by literature and artistic expression. This transformation, she explained, enables individuals to bring greater humanity and sensitivity into their interactions and society at large.
