New Postage Stamps Issued for Sri Lankan Parliamentarians

Two new postage stamps, valued at Rs. 20.00 and Rs. 70.00, have been issued for the postal facilities of Sri Lanka's Members of Parliament. The issuance ceremony took place recently at the Parliamentary Library under the patronage of Speaker Jagath Wickramaratne. According to the Parliament of Sri Lanka, these stamps are intended to conveniently facilitate the various postal requirements of MPs. The stamps were released by the Philatelic Bureau of the Department of Posts of Sri Lanka.
