Moving Tricycle Catches Fire on Hatton Road Due to Fuel Leak

A tricycle travelling on the Hatton-Maskeliya main road, near the Dikoya estate, caught fire around 10:15 AM today (04). The fire originated in the engine compartment, reportedly due to a fuel leak. The driver and other motorists on the road worked together to extinguish the flames. No injuries were reported, though the tricycle's engine sustained significant damage. The vehicle was en route from Nallathanniya to Hatton when the incident occurred.
