Police have recovered 420 kilograms of suspected crystal methamphetamine, commonly known as "ICE," from a container at the Colombo Port. The consignment, reportedly brought into Sri Lanka from Pakistan, was discovered concealed within towels packed inside the container. In connection with this major drug seizure, a businessman from Dematagoda has been arrested. The Central Crime Investigation Bureau (CCIB) is conducting further investigations to identify any other individuals involved in the attempted trafficking.
