Man Murdered, Head Severed and Hung on Statue in Ambalantota

Ambalantota Police are investigating a gruesome murder where a 34-year-old father of three was killed, his head severed and placed on a statue at the Mamadala junction. The victim's father-in-law sustained serious injuries during the attack, which reportedly involved three assailants entering the victim's home. Authorities revealed the deceased was a suspect previously arrested and released on bail in connection with a triple murder in the same area. Several individuals have been arrested in connection with the incident.
