A 35-year-old resident of Kochchikade was arrested on March 31st for the illegal possession of 150 liters of diesel. The arrest took place in the Daluwakotuwa area within the Kochchikade Police Division. Officers from the Negombo Division Crime Investigation Unit conducted the raid based on received information. The individual was found to be holding the fuel without any legal permit or authorization. Negombo Police are currently conducting further investigations into the incident.
