Iran has reportedly sent its latest proposal to the United States aimed at ending the ongoing war, utilizing Pakistani mediators. This development comes after negotiations between Tehran and Washington appeared to have stalled, despite an agreement for a ceasefire reached on April 8th. While talks continue towards a more permanent peace deal, US President Donald Trump has indicated that Iran has not yet sufficiently compensated for its actions, suggesting the new plan might face rejection. Iran is currently reviewing the US response to its proposal, which reportedly consists of 14 points submitted in response to a prior US plan.
