The plan involves temporary traffic restrictions and diversions along routes used by the minister's motorcade. Motorists are advised to use alternative routes as necessary, with specific restrictions noted from Bandaranaike International Airport to the hotel starting at 1:30 PM on September 8th. Traffic movements will be limited intermittently and on a route-by-route basis during the minister's travel periods.
