The victims, reportedly residents of Hatton and working at a local farm, were part of a group of five who went to bathe, with one individual abstaining. According to police reports, the tragedy unfolded when one young woman was caught by the current, and others attempted to rescue her, resulting in all four being submerged. The bodies of all four individuals have since been recovered by authorities.
