The grenade, which did not detonate, was allegedly delivered by a person on a motorcycle. Four suspects, including a woman, have been arrested for aiding and abetting the placement of the explosive. The motorcycle used in the incident was also recovered abandoned in the Kotikawatta area, and the suspects are scheduled to be produced in court.
