Deputy Minister Asserts Highest Level of National Security Maintained Since Government's Tenure

Deputy Minister of Defence Aruna Jayasekera has stated that national security has been safeguarded at the highest level since the incumbent government assumed office. He made these remarks while attending an event in Nawalapitiya. Jayasekera acknowledged that while certain public security concerns had arisen due to prevailing circumstances, these issues have since been addressed and resolved. He emphasized that his team implements all constructive initiatives constitutionally and ethically, while also criticizing the opposition for consistently opposing government actions.
