The two lawyers, designated as the 19th and 20th witnesses, have been ordered to appear before Magistrate Pasan Amarasena on June 5th. This development comes as proceedings continue for the seventh day. The court was also informed that arrangements are being made to send the deceased's mobile phone to Apple Inc. for examination.

Presidential Counsel Rienzi Arsakularatne and junior lawyer Udara Muhandiramge were summoned by the Colombo Fort Magistrate's Court to testify in the probe into the death of former SriLankan Airlines CEO Kapila Chandrasena. They are ordered to appear before Magistrate Pasang Amarasekara on June 5th. The inquiry is related to the death which occurred in a room at the residence of former cricketer Aravinda de Silva. The President of the Bar Association, Rajeev Amarasuriya, had previously made requests to the court on behalf of the lawyers.
