Cabinet Approves Revision of National Housing Policy, Forms Expert Committee

This decision aligns with the government's "A Prosperous Country - A Beautiful Life" policy statement, specifically its "A Comfortable Home - A Healthy Life" housing framework. The primary goal is to ensure adequate and quality housing and infrastructure access for all, particularly focusing on low-income communities, while also incorporating new global trends and addressing contemporary challenges in human settlements. Additionally, an expert committee has been appointed to review stalled housing projects, aiming to find sustainable solutions for current settlement issues.
