12-Hour Water Cut for Mahara and Gampaha Areas Due to Expressway Works

The National Water Supply and Drainage Board (NWSDB) has announced a 12-hour water cut affecting the Mahara and Gampaha Pradeshiya Sabha areas. The suspension of water supply is scheduled to commence tomorrow, May 27th, at 7:00 PM and will continue until 7:00 AM on May 28th. This interruption is necessary to facilitate essential maintenance work involving the relocation of water pipelines. The pipeline relocation is directly linked to the ongoing construction of the Central Expressway.
